"Everyone in the office is absolutely wonderful, quick to respond, helpful in what tends to be a stressful and frustrating part of life - insurance! Case and point, our son was in an auto accident while away at college in early November. He was thankfully uninjured, but the vehicle was totaled. The week of Thanksgiving the adjuster told emailed us paperwork that needed to be taken to our agent’s office with our son present and have it taken care of in office in order to receive the check for the vehicle’s totaled amount. We were worried we would not be able to take care of the paperwork because it was Thanksgiving week, and our son was home from college for only a few days (and no way to easily get home being now without a vehicle). All our concerns and any stress were quickly wiped away because not only was Emilee’s office opened the day before Thanksgiving, but also Michelle Garrett went above and beyond tracking down people with phone calls while we were in the office to make sure all paperwork was complete and everything was taken care of. She was kind, efficient, and an absolute delight. Our check was deposited in our account the Monday after Thanksgiving. Truly, dealing with our insurance, specifically the wonderful people at Emilee Johnson State Farm office was the calming part and least stressful part of our son being in a car accident! Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for insurance backed by people who actually care!"
